Llys Nini branch of the RSPCA - News - 08/08/06 - Lock up your boss event on 10 September

Local radio station, 96.4FM The Wave will be locking up Jonny B, their Sunday afternoon DJ, who will broadcast his show live from his cage, can we expect songs like the Jail House Rock, You are Nothing but a Hound Dog or even something from La Cage aux Folles?

Sally Hyman, Llys Nini Chairperson said “There are a lot of people who would love to see politicians behind bars so we hope that they will come to see the spectacle. Carwyn, Sian and Peter are very game to allow us to do this to them, especially as their ordeal will be broadcast live on The Wave. We hope as many people as possible will come and enjoy an afternoon of fun and music. We are still looking for Bosses to lock up, so if anyone wants to nominate their boss please contact me. We would be happy to put them behind bars and to put them on the radio.”

Everyone will be welcome to watch the hapless Boss sat in his cage. Refreshments stalls etc. for those not locked up.

	Llys Nini Animal Centre is offering workers the chance to lock up their boss on 10 September. The Centre is ready to lock up Sian James MP, Peter Black AM and Carwyn Jones AM as part of the event and is extending the invitation to workers, pupils and even exasperated partners who want to lock up their boss, teacher or partner. Just register the Boss with the Animal Centre and get a sponsorship / information pack. For a modest sponsorship the boss will be put behind bars from 12.00 midday till 4.00pm on Sunday 10 September at Llys Nini.
