This site has been written in HTML 4.01, with every reasonable effort made to conform to the specifications of the W3C, the international organisation who developed this standard. Sites written in this way should be compatible with a wide range of modern browsers, including Internet Explorer 5.0 (or later), and Mozilla Firefox 1.x. |

Some newer areas of the site are written in XHTML 1.0 using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Users of Netscape 4 will not be able to see the pages as intended, and it is therefore recommended that a more modern browser be used e.g. IE 6 or Mozilla 1.x. |

Every reasonable effort has been made for each page to reach the meet all priority 1 and 2 checkpoints of the W3C web accessibility initiative standards. Pages are written with accessibility in mind, and should work with modern screen-reading packages for visually-impaired users.
